1．种子产业开发。在水稻、玉米、蔬菜等农作物的新品种试验示范期间开展审认定工作，待新品种通过坦桑尼亚国家审定后，即可进行规模化的种子生产、经营，发展种子产业。

    1. The Development in Seed Industry： At present, we are carrying out the trial and demonstration of new varieties in the crops of rice, maize and vegetables, etc., as soon as the screened new varieties have been examined and approved by Tanzanian related authority, we can go along the their seed production and marketing in large scale to develop the seed industry.

    2．商品水稻、玉米生产。利用技术合作期在水稻试验示范所取得的成果，以示范中心现有试验示范基地为基础，在水源更好的地方开辟新水稻种植基地，通过租地或发展订单农业，进行水稻、玉米的规模化商品粮生产。

    2. Commercialized Production of Rice and Maize: We will make use of the achievement of rice trial and demonstration in the technical cooperation stage, based on the existed trial and demonstration fields in the centre, open up new bases for rice production in the places which are rich in water resource. Through leasing farmland or by the means of order agriculture, the centre will process the commercialized production of rice and maize in large scale.

    3．高档蔬菜生产。筛选出适应本地气候条件，丰产、稳产、优质的蔬菜品种，利用坦桑尼亚的高价位蔬菜市场，以大城市超市、餐馆及华人、外宾、白领群体为目标、进行高档蔬菜生产。

    3. Production for High-grade Vegetables: The centre will screen out the vegetable varieties , which are of high and reliable yield, good quality and great adaptability under Tanzanian climate conditions, for the purposes of commercialized cultivation. By use of the high price position of vegetable market, aiming at super market and restaurant in large city, the centre will process the intensive production of high-grade vegetables, in order to obtain a good economic benefit.

     4．果树种苗繁育。利用组培快繁技术，开展香蕉及花卉植物的种苗工厂化生产和销售，为坦桑尼亚及周边国家香蕉生产及花卉园艺生产提供优质种苗。

    4. Production of Fruit Nursery Trees: By use of the micro-propagation technology, process the industrial production and marketing of banana and ornamental nursery plants, to supply nursery plants of high quality for the banana growers and ornamental horticulturists in Tanzania and surrounding countries, as well as to increase economic income for the demonstration centre.

     5．蛋鸡养殖与鸡苗孵化。示范中心进行规模化蛋鸡产业化养殖，同时引入国内专业化养殖公司进行合作开发，扩大养殖规模。在雏鸡孵化繁育上进行产业化开发，为坦桑尼亚农民或养殖大户提供鸡苗。同时，与饲料玉米生产结合起来，进行畜禽饲料生产经营。

    5. Raising of Egg Layers and Hatching of Chicklings: The centre is undertaking a certain scale of industrialized raising of egg layers, meanwhile, by introducing specialized companies from China for collaborating development, it will enlarge the scale of the egg layer raising and add the item of broiler chicken raising. As for the development of poultry production, there will carry out the hatching of chicklings, in order to supply Tanzanian farmers with commercial baby chicks. In the same time, in combination with growing yellow maize, there will process the production and marketing of poultry feedstuff.
