1．公益专项支持。根据示范中心本身的定位和发展中存在的瓶颈，两国政府、重庆市人民政府、国际组织应当给予专项资金支持，确保示范中心公益性基本功能得到持续发展。

    1. Project Funds: According to the orientation of the centre and the chokepoints during its development, the centre needs special support in the form of project funds from both Chinese and Tanzanian governments, Chongqing municipal government and international organizations to ensure its function of public service will get a sustainable development.

    2．经营收入补充。在坦桑尼亚设立开发企业，发挥中心示范推广优势，围绕其农业重点产业需求开展“种养加”等各项经营业务，实现盈利以适当弥补中心的公益性开支缺口。政府给予相关环节的相应政策支持。

    2. Supplement from Operation Income: By setting up commercial company in Tanzania and fully making use of the centre’s advantages in technical demonstration and extending, according to the emphasized needs from agricultural industry, carry out various kinds of business in the fields of crop farming, poultry raising and food processing, in order to achieve profit to compensate the expenditure gap which come from public service in the centre. Meanwhile, the government shall give the centre the correspond policy supports in the related aspects.

    3．引进合作投资。示范中心作为开放平台，通过金融和政策扶持，吸引国内企业参与技术经济合作，以中心的可持续发展项目为基础，采取合股、子项目承包的方式，在种子、商品粮、高档蔬菜、饲料玉米、果树种苗、蛋鸡与鸡苗孵化等方面进行合作开发。

    3. Introduction of Joint Venture Partners: As an open platform, through the finance and policy support, the centre will attract the Chinese enterprises to participate in technical and economic cooperation. Based on the projects of sustainable development in the centre, by the means of joint stock and subcontract, the joint venture partners can participate in the collaborating exploitation in the field of seeds, commercial rice, high-grade vegetables, feedstuff maize, fruit nursery plants and egg layers and baby chicks.
